Staff Week

On 22-26 May 2023, Jan Amos Komeński State University of Applied Sciences organised the Staff Week for its international partners. Our university hosted visitors from the Northern University in Yerevan (Armenia), Sokhumi State University of Georgia (Georgia), and Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University (Ukraine). During their lectures in Leszno, international staff met with our students and also students from local secondary schools to whom they presented their home country systems of higher education and educational offer of the universities where they teach.

Organised by our International Office, this international event coincided with our Patron’s Days, which became a great opportunity for our international guests to get to know our traditions and celebrate with us this important academic holiday.

Both the lectures and presentations attracted huge interest of our students and local schools.
