Application

The Erasmus Program incoming students are required to provide the following documents:

Application for studies
Transcript of Records provided by the home university,
List of proposed subjects for the Learning Agreement (agreement between the student, the host university and the home university).

Due to the fact that Jan Amos Komeński State University of Applied Sciences offers only part of study courses in English, the Partner University is kindly requested to send of the Learning Agreement proposal as soon as possible to PL LESZNO01 to check whether it possible to offer a full course (30 ECTS) for a student. Learning Agreement will be signed after it is confirmed that courses are available, before the arrival of a student to the host university.

Application time:

• 1st October till 15th of November for a summer term
• 15th of March till 15th of May for winter term
