Patron's Day

Patron’s Days of the Jan Amos Komeński University of Applied Sciences in Leszno will take place on 19–21 May 2026.

The programme includes a variety of integration, sports, academic and cultural events addressed to students, employees and people associated with the University. Participants will have an opportunity to take part in sports tournaments, lectures, an academic session, a quiz about the University’s Patron, an academic picnic, as well as artistic and recreational activities.

There will also be outdoor activities, a relaxation zone, music and events promoting integration and strengthening the academic community. Following the tradition of previous years, the celebrations will provide an excellent opportunity for spending time together, active recreation and community integration.

Patron’s Days are a special time filled with meetings, inspiration and a friendly atmosphere, bringing together the academic community of the University every year and reminding participants of the values and heritage of Jan Amos Comenius.

Short programme of events:
19 May – tennis tournament, quiz about the Patron and a lecture from the “Masters’ Lectures” series,
20 May – table tennis tournament and student picnic,
21 May – academic session, official ceremony at the Jan Amos Comenius monument, picnic, academic run/walk and artistic attractions.
